The Select Committee on Veterans’ Affairs has approved three bills cosponsored by state Representative Selim Noujaim that would benefit Connecticut veterans and their families, including a measure extending the time flags can be flown on veterans’ graves, Representative Noujaim announced today.

From infancy to young adulthood we nurture our children and bring them along. They are the future leaders of our nation, our state, and our communities. I am very proud of this young fellow. He is one of my constituents and he will be one of tomorrow’s leaders.
