Representative Noujaim reads to children at a recent family festival sponsored by the Waterbury School Readiness Council at Library Park in Waterbury. This spring Rep. Selim Noujaim hosted more than twenty friends who reside at the Village at East Farms, an assisted living facility in Waterbury’s East End.
