Rep. Selim Noujaim presents a citation from the General Assembly to Anthony and Carmela Gagliardi to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on April 22nd 1950 in Waterbury and still reside in the city. Mr. Gagliardi is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during WWII.
